Changes in grounds

Wet conditions at English Park and Garrick Park have meant a late change of grounds for today’s Broadlands Southern League soccer competition matches. The game between Technical and Cashmere Wanderers will now be played on the No. 2 ground at Queen Elizabeth II Park at 2.45 p.m. instead of English Park, and the game between Woolston Working Men’s Club and Invercargill Thistle has been transferred from Garrick Park to Tulett Park No. 5 at 1 p.m. A ■ number of lower grade games have also had a change of venue. Barrington Park, Beckenham Park, one ground at Burwood Park, Edgar Mclntosh Park, Elmwood Park, Hillsborough Domain, Linwood Park, English Park and all grounds, save the No. 1 ground, at MacFarlane Park are too wet for play.
