150c bid for Tekau prefs
Waitaki-N.Z. Refrigerating, Ltd, directors have sent notice of a takeover offer to Tekau Knitwear, Ltd, to acquire the 40,000 issued Tekau preference shares not held at present by Waitaki Industries, Ltd for 150 c a share. The offer will be dated June 8 and mailed to Tekau shareholders on that date, and it will close on July 20.
