C.B.C. allots shares The Commercial Banking Company of Sydney. Ltd, has alloted its first batch of 584,409 shares to Commercial and General Acceptance, Ltd, (C.A.G.A.) in return for a similar number in C.A.G.A. This is in the terms of the offer that the C.B.C- mad: for all the outstanding shares in C-A.G.A. on February 24. The new bank shares rank fully for any dividend declared by C.B.C. and rank pari passu with the existing shares of the bank. The paid capital of C.B.C. has increased $584,409 to S4O-7M. Pioneer C. expands Pioneer Concrete Services, ‘Ltd, and the Sekisui group I of Japan are to build a sAust2M plastics manufacturing factory in Sydney. Sekisui is to acquire a 40 per cent stake in S and J Plastics Engineering Proprietary. Ltd, a subsidiary of Pioneer Concrete, which is to be renamed Pilon Plastics Proprietary, Ltd. Pioneer Concrete Associated in Australia for its pre-mixed concrete and quarry activities, is also the largest Australian manufacturer of PVC foam and polythylene foam.
