Bolivia to welcome racists

A group of Bolivian exiles has accused the Bolivian President (General Hugo Banzer) of importing future social problems by welcoming about 150,000 racist white settlers from southern Africa to Bolivia, Agence France-Presse reports. According to a secret agreement General Banzer made with West Germany and the Netherlands, about 800,000 hectares rich in oil and potential farmland will be turned over to the 30,000 racist families of German and Dutch origin.
