NZPA-Reuter Bilbao A splendid headed goal by Roberto Bettega after seven minutes brought Juventus of Italy the European Football Union (U.E.F.A.) soccer cup on Wednesday night despite losing 2-1 in the final’s second leg against Athletic Bilbao, of Spain. The teams finished 2/2 on aggregate but Bettega’s diving header counted double on the competition’s awav goals rule and brought Juventus—l6 times Italian league champion—lts first European trophy A crowd of 65,0 CT watched the final.
