Nelson-West Coast-Marlborough (Northland names first): Mrs T. Hill lost to Miss D. Woodhouse, 4 and 2; Mrs J. Snelling lost to Miss J. de Breuk, 1 down; Mrs P. Butler beat Mrs T. Cumpstone, 8 and 6; Miss M. Duncan beat Mrs D. Strickett, 5 and 4; Miss S. Russell beat Mrs B. Win, 1 up. Northland 3, Nelson-West CoastMarlborough 2.
