A full disclosure of the spending of public money should be made by every nat tonal and local bodx that handled it. said the treasurer of the Royal Christchurch Musical Soi?iet\ (Mr J R. Allison) at its annual meeting He suspected that “vast sums” were wasted and squandered, and the public were entitled to know where it all went.
