‘Brilliant, great’ Gadaffi settles Philippines fight

NZPA-Reuter Manila' The Philippines Government and! Moslem separatists have reached tentative agreement on a plan for settling the Moslem rebellion in the southern Philippines. President Ferdinand Marcos said yesterday.
