Light airs For racing yachts
I PA Auckland Yachts contesting the Devonport Yacht Club’s two-man I around the North Island race ’made little progress in light airs yesterday.
When the yachts reported (their positions at 8 o’clock last | night the leader, Gerontius • (Graeme Eden was four miles :to the east of the Cavali Islands Sand still had 30 miles to end the 161-mile first leg of the I race at Mangonui.
