Gapes, for the employers, ‘told the commission there ’ had been a history of relajtivity for many' years be-1 J tween the wage rate for har-1 j bour board workers and' ; waterside workers. | Watersiders were granted i a 4 per cent wage rise in ; November and the parties involved in the harbour board workers conciliation had .agreed on a similar increase. ‘
