Men took $200 from shop
Christchurch detectives -ret seeking two men who robbed, the Pointe Ballet Shop in Victoria Street of $2OO in cash yesterday, and a man who indecently assaulted a girl. The thieves walked into: the shop about 10.23 a m. and: helped themselves to the till/ When the proprietor came out and tried to stop them he was grabbed and pushed: over behind the counter. The men. who were not armed, took $2OO in $lO notes from the till and ran to al; waiting car. Detectives and uniformed' policemen were on the scene/ in less than a minute, but a extensive search of the ■ area revealed no trace of the thieves. ; The proprietor of the shop was not injured. The man the police are seeking is described as a European, aged between 19 < and 24. of slim build, with! 'fuzzy, shoulder-length ginger! hair. He was wearing a blue! jacket and blue trousers.
