A.W.A. wins contract
NZPA Sydney Amalgamated Wirless (Australasia), Ltd, has won a contract worth almost sAust9.sM from the Australian Department of Defence.
The contract covers the provision of a complete computer hardware and software system for ground support in Australia of the Lockheed P-3C Orion long-range maritime patrol aircraft. Computer Sciences of Australia Proprietary, Ltd, will supply the software.- It is the principal sub-contractor to A.W.A.
