(NZPA-Reuter Salisbury Twentv black bus drivers (have each been fined $65 by a Salisbury court for staging ia strike that began on Christ mas Eve and has deprived the city of public transport for five days The men pleaded guilty to (charges under Rhodesia's Industrial Conciliation Act. Another 780 drivers and eonductors face similar charges, and it is expected that they will now be asked to sign admissions of guilt and be given the same fine as the 20. The bus. crews went on strike in protest against their Christmas bonus. They wanted a bonus equal to a month’s pay, but the bus company rejected the claim, saying bonuses would be pegged at last year’s figure, the maximum being $2O for those with more than 10 years service.
