H WAIMAIRI COUNTY THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953 PROPOSED CHANGES UNDER SECTION 29 TO THE REVIEWED DISTRICT SCHEME WHICH BECAME OPERATIVE ON 1 SEPTEMBER 1974 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Waimairi County Council made on December 15 1976, the Council has resolved to Initiate changes to the Operative District Scheme under Section 29 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The following is a summary of the proposed changes:— CHANGE No. 18The change involves the designation of an ai’ea of land zoned Pvural and Residential A as a Proposed Public Recreation area for general use. The area is located at 67 Heyders Road, Spencerville and is on the north side of the road at the rear of numbers 45-73 inclusive and includes the access to Heyders Road which is in the Evidential A Zone. The particular area affected and the proposed change to the Operative District Scheme is set out hereunder: All the area being Part of Lot 15 D.P. 11576 having an area of 5.1764 hectares to be designated as a proposed public recreation area for general use retaining the underlying zoning of Rural, and Residential A. Details of the proposed changes have been deposited at the Council Offices at the corner of Clyde Road and Jeffreys Road. Fendalton, in accordance with Section 30A (4) (a) (ii) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and shall be open for inspection, without fee. to all persons interested therein when the above place is open to the public. Objections to the changes or any part thereof, shall be in writing on Form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulation 1960 and shall be lodged only at the office of the Waimairi County Council at any time not later than 4 p.m., on Friday. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any persons who wish to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections after he notifies the County Clerk in writing, within the period of which public notice will he given.
