PA Wellington The report by Mr Justice North on the “Moyle affair” might be made public this afternoon, the Prime Minister (Mr Muldoon) said yesterday. Speaking after the Cabinet meeting Mr Muldoon said i the report had been received early vesterdav afternoon and had been discussed bv the Cabinet and a copy forwarded Ito the Leader of the Opposition (Mr Rowling).
