Ballins Industries, Ltd, will write to residents near its | bottling plant in Chapmans ■ Road. Woolston, to tell them 'of its plans to landscape the j areas surrounding the fac!tory. Cr R. H. T. Thompson, of the town planning committee of the Heathcote County Council, told committee members of the company and the council. The council had approached the company because it had been concerned ■about the appearance of the
