WELLINGTON HOSPITAL BOARD PRINCIPAL NURSE KENEPURU HOSPITAL APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED for the newly established position of principal nurse, Kenepuru Hospital. Qualifications required, R.G.N. or R ML.N., an additional qualification and Diploma of Nursing Clinical and administrative experience is essential. Kenepuru is being developed as a General Hospital to serve the needs of the Wellington West Coast Area. Phase 1, which includes accident and emergency department, outpatient department, X-ray department and physiotherapy department will be commissioned in July. 1977. The stage I ward block of 165 beds is under construction and it is hoped that this block will be commissioned towards mid 1979. The existing 47 lied maternity hospital will be part of the new hospital complex. The hospital is situated in a pleasant urban area some 12 miles from Wellington Living-in accommodation is available, but appointee may wish to reside in the attractive residential areas within easy distance of the hospital.
