Industrials fall in Australia
I The Australian stock market ended the week on a generally mixed note. industrials were lower and BHP lost 10c at 742 c after peaking at 760 c. CSR fell 12c to 365 c after rising to 378 c. Waltons, Comalco, National Bank, and Philip Morris were down. However, Lend Lease rose 7c to 225 c and lAC, Aust Guarantee, Myers, Pioneer Concrete, and Amatil showed gains. TNT advanced 5c to 175 c, bringing its gains for the week to 19c. Ampol Ex slumped 14c to 111 c, and Woodside, WMC, Qld Mines, and Ocean Re- ■ sources lost up to 5c each, i Peko, CRA, and Hamersley rose 5c each, while Pancontinental edged up 20c to ',920c.
