Conviction quashed
PA Wellington An appeal by Stephen Frank Coward, aged 25, unemployed, against a conviction in the Supreme Court at Christchurch on a charge of possession of heroin for the purpose of sale was allowed by the Court of Appeal yesterday. The court quashed the 1 conviction. No new trial was! ordered. The court comprised the) oresident (Sir Clifford Rich-i tnond), Mr Justice Wood-; house, and Mr Justice. Cooke.
