THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953 HEARING OF OBJECTIONS TO PROPOSED CHANGE No. 14 TO THE WAIMAIRI COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME THE Waimairi County Council hereby gives notice that the hearing of objections to the proposed change No. 14 will commence at the Council Chambers at the corner of Clyde and Jeffreys Roads, Fendalton, at a date to be arranged being not earlier than Wednesday, the 16th of February, 1977. In accordance with Section 25 (3) of the Act, all objectors will be given not less than ten days written notice of the date and time of the hearing. All persons who wish to be heard in support or opposition to the objections, shall, as required by Section 23 (2) of the Act and Regulation 20 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, notify the Council and the objector concerned in writing on Form G as set out in the First Schedule of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960. not later than 4 p.m. on Thursday, the 10th of February. Copies of Form G are available from the Council Offices. In accordance with Section 23 (3) of the Act, every owner and occupier affected by the proposed change to the District Scheme has a right to inspect and make copies of any objection. For this purpose the objections are available for inspection without fee at the Council Offices at any time the offices are open to the public. The following schedule gives a summary of the subject matter of the objection which have been received by the Council— SCHEDULE CHANGE NO. 14: Rezoning of land between Cranford Street and Winters Road occupied by the Combined Co-operative Distributors, Ltd, from Rural to Industrial S and the rezoning of two small areas between this land and the Residential A zone as Residential A and the inclusion of ordinances in respect of the Industrial S zone. 14/1 AND 2: The Canterbury Regional Planning Authority—Requesting the area be retained as Rural and requesting clarification of the status of roading and consideration of access to the proposed zone. 14/3: C.
