REAL ESTATE OPPORTUNITY MANAGER We have been engaged by a well known Real Estate firm to assist in the appointment of a Manager for its Christchurch office The successful applicant will be in charge of the office responsible for the control and motivation of the sales staff and in general be expected to ensure that the entire business ond selling operations are performed in an efficient manner. He will account only to the Managing Director. Our client would prefer someone fully qualified under the Real Estate oct although this is not necessarily a pre-requisite. Previous experience in the Real Estate field is certainly essential. Remuneration will be by way of commission plus a percentage of the overall operating profit derived by the office. Our client is a long established firm operating out of modern well appointed city premises. There would appear to be tremendous potential for future growth.
