Biolab plans 1:3 issue
Smith Biolab. Lid. pans to raise about $265,000 from a one-for-three issue ol specified preference shares The issue will be al par (50c) with a dividend rate ot 12.0 per cent, and convert tv ordinary shares on March 31. 19&2 at the rate oi tvvc ordinary shares for every three specified preference shares. A meeting vviil be held on January 14 to approve the issue, and to authorise staff participation. The issue will be underwritten. Applications < March 31, ex entitlement January 19
