Ritchie Secretarial College (127 Worcester Street) is offering evening and Saturday classes in Pitman shorthand. starting early February. Besides an enviable examination record (highest marks in New Zealand in T.C.B. Grades 1 and 2 last November and June, respectively), the school is centrally located just behind the Cathedral, and has a large, comfortable lounge and kitchen facilities for the use of girls and women attending classes after work.
