: newcomers be furnished with even the basic elements of decent living such as fresh water and sanitation, not to speak of housing, health facilities. ' schools, public i transit and jobs'? These are the questions i raised in "A Place to Live.” Friday night’s episode in /‘Man Builds, Man Destroys” ion TV2. “Man Builds, Man Destroys" a series of halfhour programmes on human environment produced by United Nations Television. On Friday it looks at the dilemma caused by rapid urbanisation in industrialised Auckland and developing Indonesian citv of .Jakarta.
