December 1, !97b. through to and including Monday, February 28, 1977. PLEASE NOTE. 1. For the purpose of this prohibition a fire in the open includes any rubbish fire whether ir. a container or otherwise, from which tlames. sparks or ashes can escape direct into the open air. 2. The prohibition does not apply to barbecue tires providing no accellerant is used and the fire otherwise complies in all respects with the Citv By-laws (copies of which are available from the City Health Department, 216 Manchester Street.
