K. tHaub, has been fined $5O. | Mr Haub was charged be[fore the full club committee I under Rule 103 of the Rules lof Racing with entering and starting Macho de Cabrio in[ the first division of the Bemont Maiden at Pukekohe on November 6 while official-] ing as assistant judge for the! race and meeting. At an inquiry into the!' charge, laid by a deputy I] stipendiary steward, Mr T. S.|i Collins, the committee heard’ l evidence from the club sec-j) retary, Mr J.
