MW MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN MALVERN RECREATION AND SOCIAL CENTRE LOAN 1976—5150,000 NOTICE is hereby given that the Malvern County Council proposes, at its meeting to be held on the sth day of November, 1976, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for Its sanction to the borrwlng of the sum of $150,000 for the purpose of erecting in Darfield a Recrfitrtion and Social Centre to serve the whole county. The security for the loan shall be a special rate of .0107 cents In the dollar on the capital value of all rateable property within the County of Malvern. It is not intended to levy this special rate, but to meet the loan charges by way of transfer from the Council’s General Fund Account and by levying a householders’ levy within an area to be established around Darfield. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same In writing to the Malvern County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
