WALL STREET LAST WEEK
Past losses extended
Share prices on Wall Street were easier last week, extending the broad losses of earlier weeks. The Dow Jones average of 30 industrial stocks closed on Friday at 937.00 for a fall of 15.38 points on the week.
On Wednesday the market fell to a low of 932.35—the lowest close since January 16 when the market finished at 929.63.
