Obstetrics
“Encounter” on TV2 is called “Birth” and examines the various aspects of childbirth as it is in 1976. In New Zealand the main spearhead for advance has been the team at the Postgraduate School of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Nationa Women’s ' Hospital in Auckland. The “Encounter” reporter, Bryan Alipress, and his film crew visited the school and hospital to examine the work being done and the advances being made.
