J.P.R. 'player of the year’

The British Lions and Wales full-back, J. P. R. Williams, has been named player *of the year in the 1976-77 Rothmans Rugby Yearbook, published this week.
Without Williams, Wales would not have won the grand slam last year, according to the former Lions coach, Mr Carwyn James.
