Otago success in snooker
PA Dunedin Otago players were verv successful at the New Zealand snooker championships held at the Savoy Restaurant, Dunedin yesterday. D Kwok lOtagoi beat L. Glozier (Auckland), while J Starkey (Otagoi beat both R Flutey (Waikato), who featured in the quarter-finals of the billiards championships last week, and J. Reid 'North Otago). The only Otago player to lose his match was G Kwok, who went down, 1-3, against B. Bennett (Taranaki i. Results were:—
