Lamb loss doubles
Last week’s wet weather took its toll of lambs, according to Mr N. G. Cornelius, manager of Slink Skins (Canterbury), Ltd.
From early last week the collection of dead lambs from certain areas virtually doubled — especially nearer the hills, around Oxford, Hororata, and Darfield, and in most of North Canterbury.
