Retail turnover in the ‘ June quarter this year total1 led S1101M, compared with 1 $940M in the same quarter ■ last year, according to the • Department of Statistics. • This represents an increase of 17.2 -per cent — ■'but a decrease of 0.8 per •'cent when corrections are ' | made for seasonal influences •■and changes in prices and • population. ’ Details of total turnover, ’ and of volume per capita !
