N.Z. MARKET EASIER
The New Zealand sharemarket was marginally easier in quieter trading yesterday. Frequently traded issues remained steady, the exceptions being Waitaki-N.Z.R. and Wattie which gained 1c each, and Challenge and Fletcher which fell 1c each. M.S.D.-Speirs at 255 c, was 15c above its price last Friday.
