NOODLUM FULLY BOOKED
Noodlum, which was retired to the stud on Thursday evening, was fully booked for this breeding season by Sunday.
"We were inundated by calls from all parts of New Zealand on Friday and Saturday and found that by Sunday there were 70 firm bookings," said Freeman Holmes yesterday. "Quite a few broodmare owners made inquiries about bookings to Noodlum last spring when consideration was being given to using him at the stud and they left firm bookings for the time that he was retired. All of them have taken up their bookings," he said.
Noodlum. which will stand at a fee of $6OO, is also almost fully booked for the 1977-78 season.
