The < officer must have a pleasant personality and be able to develop a close working relation- : ship with Engineers, Scientists and Tech- I nologists in a wide range of disciplines. THE POSITION involves the technical management ■ of the Council's programme for assessment | of laboratories engaged in all fields of test- I ing.
