VICTORIA UNIVERSITY OF WELLINGTON STAFF APPOINTMENTS TECHNICIAN (INSTRUMENTATION) SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE THE VICTORIA UNIVERSITY COUNCII Invites applications for a Technician (Instrumentationi in the newly established second School ot Architecture in New Zealand. The job involves the setting-up and maintenance of testing and recording equipment in the Architectural Sciences Laboratory The School is building up a wide range of electro-mechanical and electronic equipment for courses in acousticlighting, thermal, building services, and structural testing and research. The variety of work is most challenging and requires an inventive and versatile person who likes to work with young people. Qualifications in either Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, or Instrument Technology and some suitable laboratory experience are desirable. The appointee should be able to commence late in September or early October, 1976. Personal enquiries in regard to the scope of the position offered should be made direct to Professor Gerd Block, Head of the School of Architecture. Applicants should submit the names of up to three referees for the position. A salary of up to $7437 per annum will be paid according to qualifications and experience.
