The Grand National steeplechase is run over a distance of 5600 metres. The Carriage Paddock brush is jumped three times, the others twice, making 21 jumps in all. 1 Carriage Paddock Brush, 1.35 m (4ft sin). 2 and 3. Stand Double each, 1.37 m (4ft 6in). 4- Cutts’s, 1.52 m (sft). 5. Hazlett s, 1.45 m (4ft 9m). 6- Shaw’s. 1.45 m (4ft Sin). 7 and 8. Kennels Double.— First fence, 1.47 m (4ft lOin), Second fence. 1.37 m (4ft 6in). 9- Buntring's, 1.37 m (4ft 6in). 10. Jumbo. 1.47 m (4ft lOin).
