TV2 plans car show
Television Two is planning a series of programmes on motoring which may be shown later this year. The producer, Kim Gabara, has had this format in mind since the days when he was producing the old “Bumper to Bumper” programme, and is confident that it will generate wide interest. Production details have to be ironed out yet but viewers could expect to see the first of the Christ-church-made series on their screens towards the end of the year. Alistair Ansell will introduce the programme, and tests of various cars will be featured.
