TV series prize
PA Wellington Layton and Trent won the first prize of $lOOO today at the end of TVl’s series, “The Entertainers.” An Auckland duo, Greg Layton and Mike Trent have been together for a year and write much of their own material. Second prize, of $5OO, went to Jodi Vaughan, of Tauranga, with her country and western songs, and the Intermediate Singers, of Masterton, took third prize, of $250. They are six young girls of Masterton Intermediate School.
