Jury absent at murder trial

AH of yesterday's hearing: in the murder trial in the Supreme Court was taken up with evidence and legal argument about the admissability of evidence. The jury was absent. Mr Justice Roper is presiding over the trial which began on Monday. The Crown has not yet concluded its case. Accused has pleaded not guilty to murdering his wife on February 17.
