Swiss Justice-- Ministry ■ sources said the Minis-' try. was’ studying allegations that a Swiss-based company had secretly contracted to sell New Zealand-built military planes to Rhodesia. The sources said Switzerland had received reports from New Zealand about the alleged sale by a Basle com’pany of 14 military aircraft to Rhodesia, contravening United Nations sanctions against Rhodesia. It was not immediately clear whether the Justice Ministry had opened a formal inquiry or was studying the charges informally. The Swiss Government had not been approached by the British Government or the United Nations Sanctions Committee to take action on the allegations, the sources said. On Thursday, a Swiss Government spokesman described the reports of the sale as rumours.
