BLAZE AT PENROSE
(N 7. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 20. A plastics and rubber factory in Penrose was partly damaged by 7 fire this morning. Firemen, using breathing apparatus, took half an hour to quell the blaze. Soon after 7 am., the single-storey factory in Leonard Road owned by Wright and Company, Ltd. was left J with internal and roof damage. Fire safety officers are investigating the cause.
