(b) Refuse normally removed on Monday, April 19, will be colected on Tuesday, April 20. Refuse colections in suburban areas will start ; at 7.30 a.m. and residents are requested to have < their bags out earlier than usual. Residents are also i reminded that all sharp objects must be adequately i wrapped and bags must be securely tied to prevent j spillage.
