Agreement in principle

WELLINGTON. April 16. Unilever New Zealand, Ltd, and the Rangitaiki Plains Dairy Company, Ltd. said today that there was now agreement tn principle between the two firms on Rangitaiki’s buying certain of Unilever's ice-cream assets. Every effort would be made to help staff to find alternative jobs, a statement said.
