Patricia Hearst in hospital
(A’.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) REDWOOD CITY (California), April 14. The convicted bank robber, Patricia Hearst, was taken to hospital last night from the San Mateo County gaol after her right lung had collapsed. One of her defence counsel, Mr Albert Johnson, said today that Hearst had undergone surgery, and was now in a stable condition. Because of her illness, he added, Hearst’s journey to Los Angeles today for arraignment on 11 charges of burglary, assault and armed kidnapping, had been cancelled.
