Crete vets to meet
tir.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 13. Veterans of the World War II campaign in Crete, which the Germans invaded in a big airborne operation, will meet in Tauranga in May.
The secretary of the New Zealand Crefe Veterans’ Association (Mr Colin Power) said today about 400 would attend the reunion, on May 21, 22. and 23. It will be the seventh national reunion.
