After very careful review of all the submission* and evidence, and after having regard to the relevant sub sections of Section 98 of the Act. the Commission consid ered that the Apellant faded to established its case lot an increase in return on adiusfed shareholders’ funds beyond the present authorised rate for this company of 21 5 pri cent.
