Car batteries stolen
Sixty car batteries, worth $720, were stolen from Amalgamated Batteries, Ltd in Garlands Road on Tuesday night. Entry was gamed to the building by cutting a padlock off a door.
Spray painting gear and tools valued at $4BO were stolen in two separate burglaries on Monday night.
A door was forced at Woolston Panelcraft, Ltd and spray gear worth $317 was taken. Another firm in Orbell Street had $165 worth of tools and equipment stolen.
