Sale may be forfeited in favour of another tenderer or fully cancelled if Agreement not signed within 14 days of acceptance of tender. 5. Upon completion of the undermentioned compartment, area, or other unit, the successful applicant will not necessarily be entitled to further quantities of timber. 6. Purchaser is responsible for internal tracking. 7 Security to satisfaction of Minister will be, required, covering not less than three months supply. 8 The Minister reserves the right to negotiate minor adjustments with the successful applicant without releasing the general conditions of sale. 9 Stumpage per cubic meter to the nearest cent is to be stated in tender.
